Welcome to Anubhav Campsite and Resort (operated and managed by Excleide Private Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat). By booking a room stay, day picnic package, event lawn, or visiting our resort premises, you ("Guest", "Customer", or "Visitor") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern all reservations made directly via our official website (anubhavresort.com), centralized WhatsApp booking desk, phone reservations, or authorized sales representatives.

To ensure safety and statutory compliance, all bookings and check-ins are subject to the following criteria:

• Advance Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the stipulated advance payment (typically 50% to 100% depending on the season and group size) and issuance of a valid booking confirmation voucher.
• Mandatory Government ID: In accordance with government regulations, all adult guests (aged 18+) must present original, valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) during check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
• Right of Admission: Resort management reserves the absolute right to refuse admission to any guest failing to produce legitimate identification proof without any liability for a refund.
• Age Verification: For school, college, and minor groups, valid school/college IDs or age verification documents must be provided by the organizers.

Guests are requested to strictly adhere to package timings to ensure seamless operations and housekeeping sanitization:

* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur supplementary charges.

We understand that unforeseen plans may change. Our transparent cancellation and rescheduling timeline is structured as follows:

• Cancellation 7+ Days Prior: Eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking amount or 100% credit adjustment for rescheduling within 90 days.
• Cancellation 3 to 6 Days Prior: Eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling subject to seasonal rate differences.
• Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Prior / No-Show: Strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable due to pre-allocated inventory, staffing, and food preparation.
• Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests must be notified via email or WhatsApp at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date. Allowed one-time without penalty.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited via original payment method (NEFT/UPI) within 7 to 10 working days.

• 100% Pure Vegetarian Campus: In accordance with cultural ethos, our kitchen and dining spaces serve exclusively 100% Pure Vegetarian meals (Gujarati, Kathiyawadi, North Indian & Continental). Non-vegetarian food or outside cooked food is not permitted.
• Noise & Music Curfew: Outdoor loudspeaker music and rain dance DJ sound systems must cease by 10:00 PM as per government environmental noise pollution guidelines.
• Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Any guest found engaging in disorderly behavior, harassment, or verbal/physical abuse toward fellow guests or resort staff will be immediately evicted without refund and reported to local authorities.

Guest safety is our highest priority. To ensure injury-free fun, guests must adhere to all safety regulations:

• Adventure Harness & Instructions: For all high-rope activities (Zipline, Burma Bridge, Commando Net, Rock Climbing), guests must wear certified safety harnesses and strictly obey instructor directions. Guests with heart ailments, severe back issues, or pregnancy are advised against high-adrenaline courses.
• Swimming Pool Dress Code: Proper synthetic nylon or lycra swimwear is mandatory for swimming pool and water slide access. Cotton clothes, jeans, and sarees are strictly disallowed inside the water for filtration hygiene.
• Child Supervision: Children under 12 years must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times around water bodies and obstacle tracks.
• Assumption of Risk: While we maintain rigorous safety standards and certified equipment, adventure sports carry inherent physical risks. Guests participate at their own voluntary discretion.

• Damage to Resort Assets: Guests are expected to treat the property, Swiss tents, wooden chalets, furniture, sports gear, and landscaping with care. Any deliberate breakage, damage, or defacement of resort assets will be charged directly to the guest at actual repair/replacement value.
• Personal Belongings & Valuables: Management shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables, mobile phones, jewellery, or unattended baggage in public areas. Guests are advised to keep personal valuables securely locked.

Force Majeure: Anubhav Campsite and Resort / Excleide Private Limited shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delays caused by acts of God, floods, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, power grid failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable human control. In such events, credit notes for future visits will be issued.

Governing Law: These terms and all disputes arising out of reservations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
